The Maui Arts & Cultural Center is Hawai`i’s first and finest comprehensive arts facility. Designed
by an award-winning team that included nationally acclaimed
theatrical consultants, this $32 million complex offers an
unparalleled level of sophistication in the Pacific region.
The flexible and diverse facilities include state-of-the-art
1200-seat Castle Theater; 250-seat flexible space McCoy Studio
Theater; 4,100-square-foot
climate-controlled Schaefer Gallery; and 5,000 capacity outdoor
A&B Amphitheater. All are equipped with state-of-the-art lighting, sound, and technical
equipment. Gracious arcades, tree-lined Yokouchi Founders’
Court, dance studios, meeting rooms, and a grassy courtyard
are among the creative spaces where public and private events
are held.
Situated at the foot of dramatic Iao
valley and overlooking Kahului’s bay, The Center is just
minutes from Maui’s major airport and easily accessible to
all major resorts. Its 12-acre site in central Maui is the
